BOP Valve Castings for Oil & Gas Industry

We make API 6A (2-1/16” – 13-1/16”) Gate, Choke, Safety valves with material ASTM A487 Gr CA15. Especially used for Christmas tree in oil field for Blow Outer Preventer. Pressure from 2,000 – 5,000 PSI.

We're API-20A certified. The scope of this license includes the following : Group B: Low Alloy Steels at 1 - 499 lbs Weight Class CSL 1, CSL 2, CSL 3.

We offer design of manufacturability advice, utilize proven best foundry practice with casting solidification modeling software to develop pattern with adequate gating & risering system for high integrity steel castings manufacturing.We develop a detailed process control plan for our customer’s castings, and the information is available to all the relative workers and on-going training is to be conducted to make sure the requirement is followed.

Brinell hardness testing been performed on each piece to make sure all castings gotten proper heat treatment. 

MT checking on 100% surface of each piece, internal & external.

Visual check on internal cavity 100%.
