We currently make 1.75", 2.0", 2.25", 3.0" inch dragline chains. 2nd pour, 3rd pour technology being developed successfully on continuously dragline chains practice.

NDT check is critical on this type chains. We do 100%MT, UT on entire surface of each link. Dydrogen relief treatment is applied for each chains.

We offer cost effective and time efficient solutions to help you to get your job done successfully. 

We developed a detailed process control plan for our customer’s castings, and the information is available to all the relative workers and on-going training is to be conducted to make sure the requirement is followed.We build a traceability system by cast a unique serial number on each casting which is traceable through the entire manufacturing process
